Does this vacume go from floors to carpet? null

All Roombas are designed to clean carpets as well as hard floors, and can also easily navigate traditional thresholds. Quick note that the product you're referencing is the Clean Base (automatic dirt disposal) for the Roomba i7, just to be clear. Thanks!

It does well with rugs of various thickness, but it does get hung up on bath matts occasionally.

Yes!!! It does!! I recommend it 1000 times!!!! I spent an hour a Day vacuuming, 2 kids , 2 cats and a dog!! Animal hair, sand, picks it ALL UP!!! And now I save a lot of time, it vacuums and I can come home and mop! I have wood floors mostly and some tile, and area rugs. Goes over all of it beautifully and it goes under my bed!!!
