A:AnswerIt’s about the same as a regular vacuum cleaner… but it only turns on for about 15 seconds. The robot bin is emptied every time it docks to the base, so if you have to recharge the battery half way through a job then you’ll get the noise when it comes in for the recharge as well as at the end of the run.
A:AnswerThis is jus the clean base which charges and empties the robot. If you have it combined with the i7 robot then it uses the cameras to map and vacuums in lines.
A:AnswerYes, it is compatible with the i3 3150 model. That is the model that I have. The base is so convenient. I schedule my roomba to vacuum every Monday, Wednesday and Friday while I’m at work. I no longer come home to find the job incomplete because the bin needs emptied. Definitely recommend buying the base.
A:AnswerYes, you can purchase an additional Clean Base to place one on each floor. The robot will automatically return to the home base on the floor that its currently cleaning.
A:AnswerYes, your Roomba i7 will pair with the Clean Base for automatic dirt disposal on the i series. The Clean Base will also come with the new bin needed for the robot.
A:AnswerYes it will as long as there are no obstacles. Mine typically will need to return back to the base to empty and charge when I am vacuuming the entire 2nd floor. It works great.
