• It is really gentle. I have nice dark wood furniture and it leaves zero marks on it.

• Very gentle. All Roombas have a soft-touch bumper as well as obstacle recognition that causes the robot to slow down as it approaches an object.

• Yes, it’s very gentle. It will not cause any damage. It has a camera to detect obstacles and it slows before it bumps anything.
