Yes, it does. The main screen has a "bin full" indicator. There is also an option to have the i7 stop or continue when the bin is full. Continue is useful because dust will eventually cover the sensor ports which makes the app think the bin is full when it is not. Periodically washing the bin with running water clears the sensors.

I do not have the vacuum base. There is a setting where you can turn on, to stop cleaning when the bin is full on the robot. When this setting is enabled, the robot will stop cleaning when the bin is full and the app on your phone will warn you that the bin needs to be emptied. I have not tried it without this setting.

I empty the bin after every job, but the app will notify you if you let the bin become full.
