What is the difference between the i3 and i7? null

The I3 and I7 are almost the same. The difference is the mapping system in the app. With the I7, you can tell roomba what room to go to /where to avoid.

I don’t think there is much difference. I have the i7 and like it. But if the price is much higher I would save the money and get the i3.

Both the Roomba i3 and the Roomba i7 offer superior level cleaning. The i7 has advanced navigation that allows you to select which rooms you’d like to clean and in what order, set favorite clean zones and choose keep out zones.

The i7 has stronger suction & SmartHome functionality.

Several differences in the software, but both models seem to have cleaning mechanism. i7 has mapping feature, optical sensor/camera and learns to clean more efficiently and quicker in straight patterns. The e3 models randomly crosses the room until it cleans everything so takes longer and does not have ability to select specific rooms, or return to the base to charge and pickup where it left off. My E3 could not clean 1st floor of my average size colonial and we had to block off rooms. The i7 easily cleans entire 1st floor with one recharge and return to where it left off. I strongly feel it was worth the extra, many extra dollars, however I did catch it on $200 off sale.
