Make sure it is charging. The waste receptacle is empty. Check under unit to see if hair, or other items are not caught or causing the unit to not start. If all else fails, reset to factory settings. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know how to answer. If you have it connected to the internet, you can call iRobot tech service and they can log into the vacuum and identify the problem. They did that for me in a problem.
