• Once the i7 has mapped the house, you can choose certain rooms to be cleaned at a time. However, the i7 does come with a "virtual barrier" device in the box that you can put batteries in and when activated will tell the i7 to avoid that room or area.

• Yes. Once mapped it can skip any room you choose. It works great. Been very happy with mine

• Hi Danno, Great question! After the robot has mapped your floor plan you can choose specific rooms to clean and rooms to exclude from cleaning. You can also schedule cleanings from the iRobot Home App.
