“When I’m disconnecting Roomba i-7 from electric socket it looses a battery charge just on standby without any cleaning, is it normal?Should it be always plugged into the socket? Also as soon as unplugged it is showing an Error on mobile app. Please advise”

• Yes, it should also be plug in so the i7 can find its way home.

• Hello NK, Thanks for reaching out. It’s recommended that the i7 be left on its home base, which should remain plugged in, when the robot isn’t in use. The error you’re seeing is alerting you that your home base isn’t receiving power and therefore the i7 can’t communicate with it.
