“Does this machine transition from laid carpet to hardwood floors?”

• Yes. I do notice that it's quite a bit slower on carpet but it manages the transitions just fine, and cleans nicely.

• Yes, my transitions are about a 1/4" in height and this has no problem getting over that. It even "switches modes" (you can hear it) in how it vaccuums when it detects hard flooring versus carpet.
