• The Roomba s9+ offers an amazing feature called Keep Out Zones, which allows you to draw barriers via the iRobot Home App over the areas you don't want Roomba to clean. You may also use a Virtual Wall Barrier accessory to restrict Roomba's movement.

• On your iRobot app, go to your saved map, click on zones, then add keep out zones

• You have to actually block the way or close the door to this area before you map your whole house/apartment.
