• Standard return is 30 days but if your a Best Buy Elite member i think you get 45.

• IF YOU BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH BEST BUY, THEN YOU HAVE A MONTH TO BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER NEW ONE. AFTER THE FIRST MONTH, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET IT FIXED, OR EXCHANGED, BUT THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-PURCHASE ANOTHER WARRANTY.
