My s9+ worked flawlessly until my return period to Best Buy ran out (for me it was 45 days). I've had it now for 5 months. Now every time I run the vacuum I have to restart it several times during each run cycle. If you see error 31 get to the store for your refund. Its a recurring problem. For the price of this vacuum this should not be recurring problem.
