Yes, it will definitely spread around either kind of "accident" all round your floors. So it's best to keep your dogs in a crate or their own room during the day and let your Roomba vacuum around the rest of the house to avoid this potentially disastrous scenario! As far as "ruining" your Roomba, I'm sure that it would survive, but it would just require a VERY careful deep cleaning in order to keep it from contaminating your entire house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The roomba will vacuume right through the mess and track it all over the house. Had a horrible experience with it. That is the only down side of having it vacuume when your not at home. I had to take the entire thing apart piece by piece and bleach it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's definitely recommended that floors be clear of any pet accidents before Roomba starts its mission, just as you'd clear it before vacuuming
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have dogs. They are crated when we aren't home, so there are no unknown accidents. But the short answers are the roomba will try to clean and it will not go well. https://lifehacker.com/how-to-ensure-your-roomba-doesnt-make-a-pet-mess-worse-1825416761
