That wasnt our experience. First run last about an hour, not sure if what setting. Charging time does take about 1.5hours though. It picks up ricght back where it left off. Make sure yo enable maps....once the house is mapped, the experience is much better. You can then pick which rooms and prioritize order. If it continues to only run 30 mins after 5 runs or so....i would return it for another unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That doesn’t seem normal. The robot usually goes for about 2 hours before needing charging. It takes about an hour to charge the robot all the way. If the area that needs to be cleaned takes more than 2 hours to clean, the robot does this annoying thing of going back to the base for 10 minutes then vacuums for 10 minutes, then charges for 10 min, etc, until it has completed the floor map. I try and limit its cleaning space to an area that only takes 2 hours to avoid it going back and forth, especially since after it returns to the base, it empties its bin, which sounds like a jet fighter taking off each time. Lol. It would be better if it charged up more, rather than just charging for a few minutes and needing to keep going back and forth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine runs for 2 hours 43 minutes then requires recharge consistently.
