- Answer Absolutely! It works quite well! I have an older car stereo and have it plugged into the aux to allow streaming from both my phone and laptop. As a truck driver its nice to stop at night, connect your laptop wirelessly and crank up the volume to watch a movie, BAM instant theater!!! I give this product a 10/10 as it has exceeded all my expectations

- Answer To plug this into a receiver, you'd need a 1/8" to RCA plug adapter. This is designed to plug into a car radio AUX input.

QuestionWhy doesn't this work with other devices other than auto. Sales rep in stor said it would as long as I had 3.5 Jack to plug it into. I can't get it to work with anything but car.

- Answer It should work fine with any device that has an auxiliary jack. Make sure you are setting your source to auxiliary, obviously.

QuestionI am very hard of hearing! I can hear my cell phone with the speaker on. I would like to have an inexpensive blue tooth speaker that I could hook to my phone, and play music that I can hear at night from 6 ft It would have to be rechargable.

- Answer This isn't a speaker, it's an input dongle. It won't play music itself, but if you have a radio with an input jack, it'll play over that as loudly as the radio goes. It's really designed to play over your car stereo, though.

QuestionWhy is my volume so low when connecting with a 7th generation iPod? The first day I used BlueJax everything was fine and now (2nd day) I can barely hear my iPod. Even with the volume turned all the way up.
