“When i try and connect my adapter to my phone via bluetooth, it doesn’t even pop up as an option to connect. how can i fix this”

• It needs to be charged. Then while its not charging hold the center button for a few seconds. It should flash blue and red then you should be able to find it under your bluetooth list. If it still doesnt then you have a bad one.

• Make sure the unit is fully charged before trying to connect and use the adaptor with your phone. If the lights on the unit do not illuminate, you may need to swap it out.
