• Unfortunately just music. That's why I ended up returning mine.

• Both and you can pause go forward, replay and press your call button on the Bluetooth and say who yiu want to call and it will call anyone that's in your contacts

• Mine will cut out when a phone call comes in. It also mutes other alert sounds from my phone. So my experience is it's a one-trick pony for simply relaying music from your phone into the AUX input of your car's radio.
