• Yes, the lens is on a swivel head that can be tilted down, up, and side-to-side.

• The JVCU360 is able to be used in either vertical, or horizontal positions. The JVCU100 on the other hand may be able to offer a lower angle. In regards to tripods, any tripod works as the bottom plate is removable and compatible with any tripod.
