• Hello, The j5create - DisplayPort-to-DVI Adapter (JDA134) is considered a passive-adapter and is, unfortunately, not capable of achieving a 144hz refresh rate. In order to go from a graphics card with a DisplayPort to a monitor with DVI, and achieve 144hz refresh rate, I recommend that you look for a DisplayPort to DVI-D Adapter Active Adapter
