I do not think so since the connection is only for an Ethernet connected. If you're phone jack is as big as an Ethernet plug and you have software for it then maybe, but I think its only designed to plug you're Ethernet to a laptop or chromebook that don't have Ethernet connections. This device is only intended to allow a wired network connection to a computer. It will not allow you to connect a rj-11 headset to your computer.
