• The zoom works well and you can horizontally & vertically adjust the camera when it is zoomed in. It does refocus as you zoom in. ;

• Yes, use the + and - buttons on the remote to zoom in and out and then the arrows to center the camera view. It does autofocus when you zoom. The remove also has a handy button that allows you to return to the original view (no zoom) and a button to toggle the camera on and off.
