“Does a driver really need to be installed? Mine works with my dual monitors, however is a little sluggish when I move the mouse pointer. I'm wondering if it's because I didn't download and instal the J5create driver.”

I also use additional monitor and it works great. Not sure why sluggish but maybe it has to do with your processor speed. Just a thought
