Absolutely. I have a dual-monitor set up as well and you can either extend the laptop display to one of the monitors, or you can have 3 separate displays.

The USB 3.0 Mini Dock can be used with your laptop if it running Windows or macOS, however the product can only connect to one computer at a time not two.
