The USB-C to 4-Port HDMI Adapter allows (4) additional display's to a computer. This Adapter requires an installation of a driver for functionality. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab. However, please verify if your laptop supports multiple displays and the maximum resolution and refresh rate it can handle.
