“Hi I am unable to detect my monitor when plugged into the dock. I have dell latitude 3410 laptop and Viotek GNV34DB widescreen monitor; connecting via a DP cable. I downloaded the window's driver as well. Can someone please help me as soon as possible?”

Please make sure the monitor is selected to the correct input source. If your using HDMI or DP at the same time, it will not work, it's one or the other.
