thank you for advice to go to website. i downloaded and installed the sofwarre; unfortuantely, that did not fix my issue. So i went online to J5Create website support for the JVCU100. After about 30 minutes support told me the camera i bought 7-8 days ago had firmware that was NOT updateable. I was told to return the camera and they would replace it. So i would be without camera 1 - 2 weeks and I would have to pay to ship it back. I said no thanks. I would never buy a product from them again.
