That will be in your computer settings, of course that depends what platform the webcam is connected to. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to make sure your computer settings and your meeting settings are in the same devise. In Mac go to settings, sound, snd look for the input tab, it will appear all the active microphones including the one in the J5 cam, make sure to select it. After selected, go to your audio settings in the meeting (Zoom, Teams, etc) and find the mic input, it should be selected the J5 again in order to have the best connection. That process is the same for any microphone and/or speaker you need to connect, if using AirPods, first connect them in your bluetooth settings, as soon is connected you will proceed wit the sound input/output connection process.
