“i have d dell firelord laptop i use the j5create mini dock as i only have 1 HDMI output to run a second monitor. ( i dont use the laptop screen) but i noticed that my audio out to the speakers and the usb when i connect an i pod to it doesn't work.”

To change the default playback device: 1. Right-click on the Windows 10 Start button, select Settings. 2. Select System 3. Select Sound 4. From the drop-down menu under “Choose your output device”, select a device. E.g. Speakers (USB Audio), (Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio). NOTE: the j5create USB adapter is recognized as "USB Audio" 5. Move the volume bar under “Master Volume” Repeat steps 4 & 5 until you hear audio coming through your preferred playback device.
