Yes! Absolutely it bends to fit snug against your ear and after awhile you tend to forget your even wearing it because it is so very comfortable and yes I wear glasses all the time so I know for sure it works well! I have enjoyed mine with the glasses very much!

Maybe. It isn't a thick behind the ear piece. I wear glasses and it's just something to get used to. If you've never worn a bluetooth, then it'll bother you at first.
