• You can buy warranty for it at best buy checkout, they have options I bought a two year warranty for $8.25. Cover a lot..

• i believe is 90 days, but at this price, if it last 1 year it's well worth it. i have other Jabra earpieces that i use for running, that unit is 2 years old and still works just fine.
