• The long answer is: I use the device w/an Android Phone. I can say, "send text to: (person in my contact list) and I can send them a voice message, only using the device. The short answer is yes, depending on your device and what it can do.

• Hello Yes, the Assist App allows for readout of text messages (Android only), however, it will not covert voice to text for a response. Thank you!
