Can it be worn in the left ear? null

No, this earpiece is very limited. Was excited about the text to speech, but that was all. Kept falling out of my ear.

I believe the design is more suited for the right ear due to the angle of the micro speaker that fits into the ear. But when I put it in my left ear, it doesn't feel as snug or fitted. However, I can wear on the left, just with a less secure fit.

It is designed for the right ear. The mic is angled toward the right jaw so if attempted to wear on left side the mic would be facing upwards.

The Jabra Eclipse is designed to be worn on the right ear only.
