Q: QuestionHow do you turn up the volume

• A:Answer Hi, Just came across this site while trying to fix low volume issues with JABRA ECLIPSE v1.29.0. I was experiencing low volume during calls, listening to music, netflix & YouTube. Pretty much everything. And no amount of tinkering with the device settings ie; “auto volume”, etc,... nothing seemed to help... Anyways if u take the rubber earpiece off the speaker, u will notice a metal grill followed by a another piece of material. They are both easily removed with fingernails and/or tweezers. Doing so may reveal sum gooey, rubbery, low adhesion glue that needs to be removed using the tweezers. Then I placed the material & grill back in place & reattached the earpiece. The glue seemed to have been blocking the speaker and my volume more than doubled after removing. Hope that helps!!

Q: QuestionI have had this for three days. The only volume is through phone (Samsung Note4). Largest ear-gel falls out of my ear. I can't hear very well...volume LOW. Tried several ways to adjust it. Others can hear me well. I can hardly hear them. Waste? Return?

• A:Answer Hello, Here are the directions to pair your Jabra Eclipse. They can also be found in the quick start guide that came in the box. (If you still have it. If not you can also refer to our website where we have the quick start guide as well as video tutorials online. http://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-eclipse#/#100-98200000-02 The first time you turn on your Jabra Eclipse, it is ready to connect to your mobile phone. Simply follow the voice-guided instructions to connect. To connect (pair) to a new or second mobile phone, follow these steps: 1.Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone. 2.Dock the Jabra Eclipse in the charging case, and make sure it is charged. 3.Press and hold (3 seconds) the Jabra button on the bottom of the charging case until the light flashes blue. 4.Wear the Jabra Eclipse and follow the voice-guided instructions to connect to your mobile phone. Enter "0000" (four zeros) if you are asked for a pin code. To turn the device on and off you simply take it out of the cradle for turning it on and put it back in the cradle for turning it off. The cradle also is the charging pod that device it sits in when charging. Thank you for your question!
