• I think it's designed for mostly office use however I work as a satellite TV Technician and it works very well for me.

• Active users can use this. I ran with mine in and it was secure. You eventually don't notice it's in your ear-it is comfortable.

• I was concerned about that at first, but it fits so well in your ear, and it's so small and light that it stays in place. I use it while installing and running around my shop all the time and have yet to have it fall out. Bending over to pick stuff up, jump off ladders, crawling around under machines on my back.... haven't had a problem yet.

• there is no ear clip! it just nestles inside your ear, and is very comfortable to use. There are different sizes of ear gels inside the package
