How do you turn up the volume null

Hi, Just came across this site while trying to fix low volume issues with JABRA ECLIPSE v1.29.0. I was experiencing low volume during calls, listening to music, netflix & YouTube. Pretty much everything. And no amount of tinkering with the device settings ie; “auto volume”, etc,... nothing seemed to help... Anyways if u take the rubber earpiece off the speaker, u will notice a metal grill followed by a another piece of material. They are both easily removed with fingernails and/or tweezers. Doing so may reveal sum gooey, rubbery, low adhesion glue that needs to be removed using the tweezers. Then I placed the material & grill back in place & reattached the earpiece. The glue seemed to have been blocking the speaker and my volume more than doubled after removing. Hope that helps!!

Thats so true and it helped me to fix my earplug and now the volume is so good , i took off rubber and metal and i found yellow gum as well ,it looked like ear wax i cleaned and fix my long time problem.thanks

The volume is adjusted using my smartphone or by using the bluetooth

Use the volume controls on your phone to raise or lower the volume on the headset.

You turn up the volume through the connected device.
