• A:Answer Hi there - We do not recommend you pair your Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 directly with your television, as the device is optimized to be used primarily with smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While many of our users have succeeded in pairing their devices to their TVs, we have yet to support this officially. For this reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance challenges that may result. We are very sorry for any potential inconvenience.

Q: QuestionThe charger case for the earbuds doesn’t charge above 10%, red light only. Tried with supplied cable, other cables, many sockets, the root issue is the charger case. This means the earbuds don’t fully charge also.
