“Are there alternative ear bits that can make these more secure fitting? My ear canal seems to be far too big for these. Struggle with air pods as well. Thanks in advance.”

Yes! The Jabra Elite 45e comes with 3 different sized inserts for your ear canal and 3 different mounts for the top of the headphone to secure to your ear.

There are also three different sizes for the ear wing tips. These might be a very nice alternative for you. They sound and feel great!!
