QuestionCan you charge these using a computer USB port? My PC sees it as a USB device then does not charge, regardless of the port attached to. Using supplied cable and USB 2 or 3 ports. Using a cell phone charger does as expected.

QuestionAre there alternative ear bits that can make these more secure fitting? My ear canal seems to be far too big for these. Struggle with air pods as well. Thanks in advance.
