• Yes they are. I use them while mowing the lawn and haven’t had any problems

• Yes, it was sweat proof. My set failed though in the left ear wiring and renders the headset useless.

• Hello House - The Jabra Elite 45e is IP54 rated for water resistance, but they are not completely sweatproof.
