Yes you sure can. While on a call you can mute your end by pressing the lower button on the left side of the headset. Press once to mute and then once again to unmute. To end a call, use the center button on the right side of the headset. Press once to end a call. You can also download the Jabra app to your mobile device; it will show you button configuration settings, and more features as well as make it easy to register your headphones with Jabra.
