  • Q: /Will these connect to MS Surface Pros  (1 Answer)

    By jwd

    • AHello JWD- at this time we do not recommend you pair your Jabra Elite 65e directly with a computer as it is optimized to be used primarily with smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While many of our users have found success pairing their devices to their computers, this is not something that we officially support. For this reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result. You can see a complete list of all of the Jabra devices which are supported with your MS Surface Pros on our compatibility guide linked here: https://www.jabra.com/compatibilityguide/

  • Q: Can this Jabra Elite 65e headset answer a call with a voice command or do I have to push a button?  (10 Answers)

    By Glenno

    • Best answerHello Glenno - Thanks for your question! When voice guidance is enabled on your Jabra Elite 65t, you can answer with a voice command. When a call comes in, you will hear "Call from __," followed by a beep tone. After the tone, say "answer" or "ignore."
