A:AnswerHello. The elite 65 active have the heart rate and not the elite 65. Plus the sound quality is better with the elite 65 and got way better ratings then the active elite 65 and They are both sweat proof and dust proof.
A:AnswerI always had trouble the silicone pieces that fit in-ear but Elite 65t fits perfectly. I've ridden a stationary bike and worked out with both sides in and they didn't fall out or malfunction. However, you may want the next higher model Active or Sport which supposedly offer better water proofing and heart rate, steps tracker along with Alexa.
A:AnswerMy wife uses them and she has smaller ear canals than I do. We switch the earpieces out for the smaller set that came with the Jabra Elite 65t for her, and the medium set for me, and have no issues fit great!
A:AnswerSound quality is pretty much a tie between the two. The Jabra headphones however, are a LOT smaller and you don't look like Frankenstein with bolts out of your ears instead of your neck.
A:AnswerYou can use only one. However, the vol control is only on the left side. I suggest to download the app and you can adjust each side to be more specific. Look at the next higher models like Elite Active or Sport.

Also make sure the app is synced when listening to music, I had issue where they didn't connect to the app just put the back in the case close it and take them out it let it resync .
