I seem to have lost one of my two earbuds. I'm sure it's in the house somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it. I have the serial number through the app. Is there a way to track it's location even if it's dead or off? null

It will only show the last location it pinged from while on

Unfortunately no, the tracker only logs in the last time the earbud was in and functioning.

Thank you for your question. The "Find My Jabra" feature can track your earbuds, but it does have to be turned on beforehand. It will remember the last place the phone was connected to your earbuds.

I believe the bud(s) have to be on, but I would try tracking it anyway through the app. I've lost two left Jaybird Vista buds so I feel your pain, Sucks!!! Good Luck!
