• Yes, it has different ear pieces. I run jump and sometimes swim with them and they stay in.

• They stay in my ears and I am a sweaty person even in my ears when I workout. They are excellent for that. If they don’t stay in at first switch the ear pieces around till you find the right fit.

• I sweat a LOT and the elite sports have never fallen out of my ears. As for volume, I've never had an issue with the volume as long as I've gotten a good seal. I would suggest replacing the included ear tips with comply sport tips and they make it easier to get a good seal.
