A:Answer Hello cygnus- When you first start to use the hearing aids out of the box, you have the flexibility to choose from three preset hearing profiles to find what suits you best. But you can also schedule a video orientation meeting with our Audiology team where you can receive custom programming specific to your hearing, and then after that, meet further with or request additional remote adjustments from our Audiology team at any time based on your specific hearing needs, all included for 3 years with your purchase. With the Jabra Enhance Select App, you can always adjust your hearing aids and customize each program (or ear!) to your liking, kind of like a remote control, but for your hearing aids. If you need more adjustments outside of those offered through the Select App or if you're having trouble getting the sound just right, our team of licensed providers can make further adjustments to get you hearing better.
