• Yes, it comes in a Jabra box. The look of it is quite sleek. However, we are having issues with the headsets breaking. Randomly the headsets stop working and you can't hear the call any longer. However, if you unplug the headset from the USB adapter and plug it into an audio jack on a cell phone it will work. The USB adapter appears to be the problem.
