QuestionWe have a warehouse and don't always get a signal. If my phone is at the door (where there is signal) and I step deeper into the warehouse, will this headset carry signal from my phone?

- Answer Ummm. This is not a bluetooth headset. It is a WIRED headset. It remains connected to the phone.

Question1. Whether packaging/box is supposed to come in a wrapped plastic(sort of plastic cover that needs to be peeled off)? 2. Inside the box, there was just the pouch with headset in it and paperwork. Should there have been some plastic tray holding headset?

QuestionYou demo video shows the device being plugged into a cell phone. My plan is to use this headset connected only to my iPhone 8 throughout the day. I will not use it connected to my computer ever. Any concerns with me using it this way? Thx.

- Answer I’ve used mine plugged into my iPhone 10SMAX. It connects through the headset’s mini aufio combo jack into an adapter cord for the iPhone lightening plug in. You do not use the USBA to control module cord... therefore, to mute or use the phone for calls, you use the phone app interface on your iPhone.

- Answer I’ve used mine plugged into my iPhone 10SMAX. It connects through the headset’s mini aufio combo jack into an adapter cord for the iPhone lightening plug in.
