• A:Answer Challenging if you got a loud Mack, not noise-cancelling but better than others. And volume cannot be adjusted louder, but can hear clearer with noise if slightly pressed into ear better. This is my 2nd one, stays on ear more securely. Worth my money. From another CDL'er.
