“I have a new Motorola Edge phone and it cannot see my Jabra Talk 25 and so it cannot be paired. I had no problem pairing with my older phone. The Moto Edge pairs easily with another Bluetooth piece I have . What is the issue?”

Have you put the Jabra into pairing mode? I had to do this to get my computer to see it. https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-talk-25/100-92310900-02/faq/how-do-i-pair-my-jabra-talk-25-with-my-mobile-device
