“Where is the button you push to answer and disconnect calls?”

It’s on the top of the device closest to your ear lobe. You’ll be happy to know the user manual that comes with it is real user friendly.

Hi Tinka - The Answer/End button is on the front of the device, closer to the earhook and eargel. The pick up/hang up is on the side of the unit towards the back (like you're pushing on your ear canal)

Right on top. Just reach up and push to answer.

The outside cover of the device is the button you push, it toggles when you push it. Hope that’s useful.
